Multilingualism is an music experiment in Max MSP using poetry created through code to generate some generative music pieces. The poems are translated in different languages using Google Translate and are recitated by Amazon's Polly digital text to speech service.
The Max MSP patch is analysing the pitch information from the recitals which is used as a note collection to generate melodies played by an virtual piano. Take a look at all 32 generarted poets in all beautiful languages and letters from all over the world here.
